“I have been using Southern Heating and Cooling for 7 years now for mostly routine maintenance. I just had a new roof put on and two days after my AC went out. They had just been here the week before for my 6 month check up. After they came it was found out that all my Freon was gone. A new AC was thousands. They talked about it and recognized I just had a new roof put on after Juan came out to do a service call. The owner called me the next day and said he was sending a technician out to check and see if a nail hit the line. Well that was what it was. It was Juan again and a young man named Jeremiah. Jeremiah videoed the nail and I was able to get my roofing company to pay for it. About two weeks later the AC unit just quit working. It was Oscar that came this time. He has done my 6 month check several times. It was just a blow fuse however he did a Freon check and an electrical check. Determine it probably was a power surge.

I wish to tell you about the men and their professionalism. Juan has an infectious personality. He is so easy to talk to and I am over his shoulder asking questions constantly. He is great at educating you on your AC. He saw there was a section on my AC coils that was getting wet constantly. He said it was either my sprinklers or the dog urinating on it. He said if this continues it will ruin the coils and I would need a new unit. I knew it was not the dog because she is not allowed in that part of the yard. The next day I did a sprinkler check and one sprinkler was hitting the AC when the wind blew. It was a simple fix. When Juan and Jeremiah came I was so hoping it was a nail. With all the repairs for Ian I did not also need to buy a new AC unit. Timing was bad. When Jeremiah said it was a nail I thought I was going to cry. I told them both “I love you”. We all laughed. Jeremiah is young and has a wonderful personality like Juan. Easy to talk to just like Juan. Oscar also is very easy to talk to. He goes through step by step what he is doing and what he is looking for. Then he gives you a full detail of the issue and what he found. They saved my thousands of dollars by thinking the process out and checking a possibility before charging me for a new unit. Way to go guys. Remember to stay hydrated with summer coming. Always bottled water for you at my home.”
